Reddit is a unique social website that consists of hundreds of thousands of subreddits, designated by starting with /r/. Each one follows a topic and allows people to post links or text posts related to it, then people can comment on each one. There are multiple relevant subreddits:

/r/anxiety - A similar subreddit for those with anxiety disorders.

/r/teenagers - A subreddit for teens. Everything goes, and everyone is supportive.
